Misty D. Allen is an associate with Arnstein & Lehr LLP based in South Florida. Miss Allen has extensive experience representing developers, real estate private equity funds and real estate investment trusts in domestic and cross-border leveraged buyouts entailing acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits, sale leasebacks/triple-net leases, lease restructurings, attendant third-party financings and defeasances, and asset management matters across multiple asset classes and industries.
