Lori Jo was community manager for two Kimberly-Clark brands - writing articles, blogging and managing online communities using social media platforms. She is a Member of Automation Alley/Michigan, Troy Chamber of Commerce, Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit.

About Me

How many years of experience do you have in your field?
I've spent my 20+ year career engaging people and creating strong relationships with customers. As a business-to-business sales rep, and later as managing director of a teleproduction studio for 10+ years, my biggest joy has come from the relationships I've built with customers.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
People fascinate me. Happy people, loud people, creative people, smart people, even angry people...any kind of people. I love them. Every single one.

I've parlayed these interests and skills into customer service and sales speaking and consulting. And since I'm a social media and marketing fanatic, I also have a gig as senior social media copywriter and conversation manager at an advertising agency.
