Gregory Reilly is partner and head of the employment and labor practice group at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP. He is an experienced litigator and counselor with over 20 years of experience practicing employment and labor law and represents employers, ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including health care, hospitality, retail and staffing.
Gregory has extensive experience in all aspects of employment and labor law including: wage and hour laws, wrongful termination, noncompete and nonsolicitation litigation, class and collective action lawsuits, and litigation involving discrimination and workplace harassment, among other employment issues
He has represented employers in federal and state courts as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He regularly counsels clients respecting proactive, practical strategies for legal compliance for the entire spectrum of the employment relationship from initial recruitment and hire to separations from employment.

How many years of experience do you have in your field?
For over 20 years I have worked with small, medium and large companies to resolve employment-related disputes and challenges in various forums both public and private. Supervising and establishing effective strategies for resolution of heavy case load of employment-related cases before federal and state trial and appellate courts and anti-discrimination agencies. Aggressive representation and practical counseling of employers concerning the anti-discrimination laws, wage and hour, class and collective actions, restrictive covenants, downsizing, employee discipline and terminations, employment issues arising from acquisitions and labor relations, including labor organizing, collective bargaining, strikes and other job actions, and unfair labor practice proceedings before the NLRB.
Where are you admitted to practice?
I am admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts, as well as, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st and 2nd Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. I am also admitted to practice before the New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts U.S. District Courts.
