Bruce Buechler, Esq. is a partner at the law firm of Lowenstein Sandler LLP. Bruce focuses his practice on bankruptcy law, debtor-creditor law and commercial litigation. Bruce represents business entities such as debtors, creditors’ committees and other parties in Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts and other financial reorganizations; lead attorney for the creditors’ committee in the Borders Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. Bruce also served on the Lawyers Advisory Committee to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, was previously chair of the Essex County Bar Association’s Debtor - Creditor Committee and was former master and executive director of the New Jersey Bankruptcy Inn of Court.
