I am a professor and director of San José State University's graduate tax program (MST), teaching courses in tax research, accounting methods, property transactions, high tech tax matters, employment tax, ethics, and tax policy.

I have written or lectured on a variety of topics including tax reform, state tax nexus, e-commerce taxation, worker classification, marijuana taxation, ethical issues, and currency taxation.
