Representative transactions: advised a U.S.-based global distribution and outsourcing group on the structuring and negotiation of a number of acquisitions of Canadian manufacturing corporations; counsel to an international architectural and engineering firm in its acquiring the assets of a Boston landscape architectural firm; advised a Canadian hotel amenities corporation acquiring a Singaporean manufacturer/supplier from an Australian hedge fund; counsel to a leading global technology company on negotiating and structuring major commercial contracts and with respect to opening its first retail stores in Canada; acted for a leading Canadian bank in connection with financing one of Canada’s major agribusinesses to acquire its Australian counterpart
