Abbigail E. Webb is an associate in the Miami office of Arnstein & Lehr and joins the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Webb has extensive commercial litigation experience, having practiced in the Circuit Courts of over 21 counties across the state of Florida.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Webb represented the nation’s largest financial institutions in all aspects of offensive and defensive banking litigation and mortgage servicing litigation, including the defense of lender liability claims, complex foreclosure, contested homeowner and condominium association actions, title disputes, violations of state and federal banking and lending laws, tort claims, enforcement of financial instruments, and related real property matters.
