No matter where you are in your career, our Vermont CPE courses offer excellent value and key insights into the practice of accounting.
Vermont CPE Requirements
To keep their licensing valid, CPAs in Vermont must complete 80 CPE credits every two-year reporting period. Reporting periods begin August 1 and end July 30. Of the required 80 credit hours, 4.0 must cover a topic related to professional ethics, including the AICPA Code of Conduct or Vermont accountancy statutes and rules. As well, all licensees must complete a minimum 8.0 hours of training in accounting and auditing. For busy professionals, meeting these requirements can represent a serious drain on your time. While there are clear benefits to being proactive about earning Vermont CPE credits, it can’t come at the expense of your current clients and other responsibilities. That’s where Lorman Education Services comes in.
