CPE Requirements for Oklahoma CPAs
The Oklahoma Accountancy Board requires that all CPAs working in the state complete 120 hours of CPE training every three-year reporting period, with no fewer than 20 hours completed in a single calendar year. During each reporting period, 4.0 credits must be completed in professional ethics. As well, any CPA whose job involves supervising or reviewing compilation engagements must complete 4.0 credit hours per year in compilation. Lastly, any CPA working in industry is required to ensure 72.0 of their required credit hours are in public accountancy, and 8.0 in taxation, assurance or accounting.
