California Sexual Harassment Under AB1825

Make sure you are in compliance with California's sexual harassment laws.

California law requires all employers with 50 or more employees to provide two hours of sexual harassment training to all their supervisors every two years. You will learn why the law was enacted, which employees need the training, and how to design a training program that satisfies the statutory requirements. You will learn what the law considers to be harassment, how to help supervisors identify troublesome conduct before it becomes harassment, and how to draft a harassment prevention policy that will reduce your company's exposure to sexual harassment lawsuits. This information will help you ensure that your company is in compliance with California's sexual harassment laws.
