The effective way to leave a voice mail takes practice. Adlibbing your way through a voice mail message is a sure way to get it deleted. You must script out your voice mail message. There are three important benefits to having a voice mail message script. First is that you will sound professional – no um’s and ah’s. Second, you can craft a compelling message of benefits in advance. And third you can keep it short and to the point which is crucially important with voice mail messages.
