Perfecting Your Inside Sales Methodology Presentation

 
It can be hard when you are making that 70th phone call of the day to remember to be courteous. The call that you are on is about that call … not the call before it or the rude customer from earlier in the day. The presentation you are giving on each call needs to be given at 100% every time. “Please” and “Thank You” are always necessary.

In this 8-minute video our speaker, Lloyd Lofton, LUTC, discusses the fact that most people like two things – to hear their name and to have their opinion asked. He recommends that you use a prospect’s name 5 times in a conversation and to close on a minor point, with a question. Those that have been selling for a long time have heard of the “features versus benefits” concept. Mr. Lofton discusses this concept and the importance of applying it correctly.
