Mr. Humbert suggests different recruitment sourcing such as, job boards, corporate websites/applicant tracking systems, direct sourcing tools, LinkedIn®, Boolean searches on Google®, and networking to name a few. He discusses the purpose of first and second screening. Mr. Humbert also reviews interview scan questions to ask.
