New York Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Gain a better understanding of how to correctly respond to harassment claims and avoid legal consequences.

Sexual harassment prevention training is 100% mandatory for all employers in New York State. The New York State Department of Labor, along with the New York State Division of Human Rights, has set forth the following requirements which must be covered during the training session: Define sexual harassment. Provide examples of sexual harassment. Review federal, state, and local laws which address sexual harassment. Review remedies available to employees who are the victims of sexual harassment under federal and state law. Explain an employee's right of redress and all available forums for adjudicating complaints of sexual harassment. In addition to the above requirements, the training program must be interactive and occur every year. Lorman's sexual harassment training program not only meets all mandatory training requirements - it exceeds them. The training covers your company-specific Sexual Harassment Prevention Policy and Complaint Form.
