Toxic Properties: Identify, Mitigate, Remediate

Gain an understanding of the due diligence process and available mitigation tools that can be used during contaminated property transactions.

Many potential property buyers do not understand the significant impacts that environmental issues may have on a transaction and/or the substantial liability that can attach if such issues are not adequately investigated during the course of due diligence. This program will explain the proper due diligence process for identifying common environmental issues. In addition, this program will discuss remediation strategies for addressing these issues and the available mitigation tools that can be used to pay for such remediation.
