Coastal Development and Land Use Planning

This OnDemand Webinar will provide analysis of laws applicable to coastal development and land use planning.

We will look at analytic materials; an analysis of a worst-case scenario, which includes combinations of all of the laws and all of the usual suspects engaged in permitting processes (including not only governmental entities, but those objecting); and provide guidelines, which may enable solutions. While not every coastal development includes every conceivable problem that can be encountered, by pulling together various laws applicable, and the worst-case scenario, you will be provided with valuable tools to handle a multitude of situations. This program will help not only attorneys but also those involved in the developing and consulting and any other capacity in connection with such projects (whether governmental or even included in the opposition). One of the objectives of the program is to show how there can be "win-win" situations by appropriate analysis, negotiations and adjustment.
