Electrical Codes Update

A lot of individuals who are either at an introductory level or who are experienced in working with electrical systems and installations lack a general understanding of the National Electrical Code® and its code compliance requirements. Every three years the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) makes recommended changes to the latest edition of the National Electrical Code® through written proposal changes that are submitted by engineers, contractors, nationwide inspectors or inspection agencies, and product manufacturers. The National Electrical Code® is one of the most widely used electrical construction installation code reference materials in the United States and around world. Its overall purpose is to provide everyone working within the electrical industry with the most up-to-date code compliance procedures for the best practices for the safe installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

This OnDemand Webinar in reference to the National Electrical Code® will ensure that you or your organization will be in compliance with the latest version of the NEC® for code standards for the proper installation of electrical systems and equipment. Whether you are an experienced electrician, engineer, architect, or maintenance personnel with some formal electrical training or background this OnDemand Webinar is designed to provide you with an explanation of common code practices based on NEC® installation requirements. At the conclusion of this program you will have a greater understanding of the National Electrical Code® and you will significantly increase your knowledge, skill, and confidence levels as it pertains to complying with electrical installations and designs based on these industry-wide standards.
