- Holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Drexel University
- Licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Forensic Claims Consultant
- Presents seminars to contractors, attorneys, and other project stakeholders on topics related to claims avoidance, mitigation, and analysis, with a focus on delay and disruption claims
- Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International, and the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law
