Wendy J. Paradis

Wendy J. Paradis is an attorney in our Commercial Department and Creditor’s Rights Practice Group. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation, foreclosures, workouts, real estate transactions and related bankruptcy matters. Ms. Paradis has experience representing both lenders and borrowers in commercial litigation and transactional matters. She is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law, and received her bachelor’s degree from Mt. Holyoke College. Prior to joining Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson, Ms. Paradis practiced for five years in a Portland law firm in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate transactions and bankruptcy. Before private practice, Ms. Paradis was an attorney with the Managed Assets Law Department at Fleet Bank handling commercial litigation and workouts. She is currently a member of the Cumberland County and Maine State Bar Associations.
