COBRA Subsidies Under the American Rescue Plan

Learn the new rules applicable to subsidized COBRA benefits under the just enacted American Recovery Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021.

The topic will explain who is eligible for the subsidized benefits and how employers can obtain the subsidy. The material will also discuss the latest Department of Labor guidance on the suspension of COBRA and other deadlines.
