Memo Writing for Paralegals

You need to know what type of memo you are writing before you know your audience.

There are three types of memos that paralegals may find themselves writing - interoffice legal memos to the people in the office, memos of information to a variety of audiences, and memos in support to the court. Our speaker review the purpose of each type of memo and discusses research tips for memo writing and suggests that when needed, go back to the basics. Sometimes the best Internet researchers are also the best book researchers.
