A complete, thorough contract file that is well organized can be extremely valuable and helpful in maintaining continuity on large projects.

When long projects take place, where people rotate in and out, and memories fade a well maintained contract file can make all the difference. The contract file contains the records that document the contract effort.   • Previously served in the U.S. Air Force JAG Corps, concentrating in government contracts, advising on all aspects of the procurement process, from acquisition strategy to source selection, award, and contract administration (2001 to 2006)
  • Frequent speaker and author on contracting matters, including contract changes, requests for equitable adjustment, claims, contract administration and compliance
  • Member of several national organizations involving contract management, defense contracting, and aerospace contracting
