Insurer's Response to COVID-19

Learn why insurers have been denying claims from businesses.

There are people that think that this gap in coverage and the lost profits, or business interruption losses, will be addressed at some point whether it is in litigation that is currently filed or through funding at the federal or state level. Insurers are saying that business interruption policies are not designed to provide coverage against communicable diseases.  This video reviews how retroactive legislation could transfer risk of loss due to COVID-19 to insurance companies.
