Email Tips and Netiquette

 

Strive for simplicity.

Think about how you check and prioritize your own inbox. Nobody has time to wade through an email to determine what the sender wants. It can be as simple as striving for simplicity by using 15 words per sentence, or two to three lines per paragraph. It’s important that your recipient can tell from your email that you had something to say and you said it. This video reviews tips for writing emails that actually get read.
