The material will explore what types of entities may issue municipal bonds and analyze what types of municipal bonds those entities may issue. The topic will go into detail regarding the distinguishing characteristics of the different types of municipal bonds, and provide a step-by-step outline of a bond transaction, complete with strategic considerations and a discussion of the various legal documents involved and the specific purposes they serve. It is necessary to have a bond attorney when you are utilizing a bond to ensure you have the right expertise. The presenters will share their deep knowledge of municipal finance law and will be available to answer any questions.
