Solar Photovoltaics: How Do You Get This Stuff on Your Roof Anyway?

Understand the various stages of designing and constructing a solar array for your projects and their importance to having a successful project.

Representatives of an engineer-led design/build construction firm will provide conceptual insight on how to size, select, install, and maintain solar projects. Based on lessons learned from actual project work experience and industry knowledge, they will share information on designing and constructing the main components for solar thermal and photovoltaic systems, including key elements such as roofing, shading, and financing constraints, and they will review system costs and cost ranges typically found between utility scale and smaller scale projects.
