Ms. Barnes has served as an assistant attorney general for the State of Ohio in the Workers’ Compensation Litigation section and the Workers’ Compensation Fraud Unit for 10 years. Her career also includes working as in-house counsel for the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation as well as an assistant to a Commissioner for the Industrial Commission of Ohio
