Greg is the founding principal and strategic business development officer for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. He provides guidance and quality control review for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc.'s civil and geotechnical engineering and real estate development projects. He has more than 35 years of real estate development experience to offer strategic direction on land development and entitlement processes, as well as valuable input regarding site planning and evaluation, geotechnical and civil engineering design, regulatory permitting, municipal site planning approvals and construction. Greg is experienced in Tax Increment Financing (TIF), zoning overlay districts, and in working with public/private partnerships. He’s actively involved in the real estate development community in Pittsburgh and nationally through his work with prominent real estate development firms and trade associations. He serves on NAIOP’s Environment and Infrastructure Subcommittee and is also active in the ICSC, International Council of Shopping Centers and SMPS, the Society for Marketing Professional Services. The majority of his professional career has involved the investigation and evaluation of real estate for development.
