Michael A. Herold is the regional director of State and Local Taxes for the Eide Bailly LLP. He has more than 20 years of practice in the area of state and local tax with a focus on unclaimed property, sales tax, due diligence and other state tax issues including income taxes. His practice is to assists businesses, accounting and law firms from around the country with complex state tax issues.
Mr. Herold conducts regular seminars nationwide on the topics of unclaimed property, sales tax, nexus and emerging state tax issues and policies. He is a member of the American Bar Association – Tax Section and the Minnesota State Bar Association.
