I have over 42 years of experience in all manners of complex financial transactions, including tax-exempt bond financing, and real estate and corporate lending.

I act as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, disclosure counsel, borrower's counsel, purchaser's counsel or credit enhancer counsel in general obligation bonds, alternate revenue bonds, industrial development revenue bonds, TIF bonds, special service area bonds and other forms of tax-exempt financing.

I also represent lead lenders, mezzanine lenders and borrowers in construction and other real estate loans, and asset-based and commercial and industrial loans. I have represented lenders on projects in Illinois, New York, Florida, Arizona, Wisconsin, California and other states.

Specialties: Bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, borrower's counsel and credit enhancer counsel for tax-exempt financing, including GOs, IRBs, SSAs and TIFs. Corporate, industrial, commercial and real estate lending. Representation of both borrowers, senior and mezzanine lenders and other parties.
