James Gallagher

Resolution Management Consultants, Inc.

James F. Gallagher, P.E., a principal of Resolution Management Consultants, Inc., has a B.S. degree in civil engineering from Drexel University. A licensed professional engineer, he possesses more than 23 years of hands-on experience in contract development, construction claims prevention and resolution, and project closeout negotiations. Mr. Gallagher’s experience encompasses contract preparation, project controls and procedures, field monitoring and inspection, construction scheduling and updating, change order analysis, project management, contract compliance audits, project closeout negotiations, and claims analysis involving delay, disruption, acceleration and damage calculations. Projects on which he has worked and provided services range from coordinating the successful recovery of failed projects (including a $12 million office/warehouse) to the evaluation of a $37 million claim on an interstate roadway reconstruction and the closeout of more than $2 billion in casino resort projects. Mr. Gallagher has spoken on the subjects of project management and construction claims analysis, and has also served as an expert witness on behalf of various clients.
