Additionally, effective commercial loan 'write-ups' will be discussed and loan committee 'presentation skills' will be displayed. The topic will also cover 'negotiating/marketing' a commercial loan, 'sources' of commercial financing, and a brief review of various legal aspects of commercial lending.
