Paul F. Danello
- Partner and chairman of the Health Care Practice in the Washington, D.C. office of Baker & Daniels LLP

- Experience in Medicare and Medicaid fraud and abuse matters, managed care disputes, false claims and whistle-blower cases, certificate of need matters, licensure and medical staff disputes
- Represented providers in federal and state courts in disputes involving managed care contracting and reimbursement, medical partnership and shareholder disputes, and breach of contract actions
