Derrick S. Godfrey is an attorney in the Jackson office of Baker Donelson. Derrick concentrates his practice in health care transactions, compliance counseling, certificates of need and licensure, and corporate law. He works with large and small health care providers to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Derrick has a particular focus in compliance issues facing Mississippi community hospitals, including compliance with the open meetings and public records laws.
