What Constitutes Sexual Harassment?

 

Who decides if conduct is unwelcome and offensive?

Given the times we are currently living in, when most people hear the word “harassment” their mind automatically goes to sexual harassment. However, harassment is much more than just sexual in nature and encompasses any kind of unwelcome conduct related to a protected characteristic under federal law; and harassment is a form of employment discrimination prohibited by federal and state laws. This video reviews the law on sexual harassment, different types of harassment, where harassment may occur, and potential harassers.
