Construction progress monitoring is essentially boots on the ground.
It’s going out to the site, typically once a month, to determine the percent complete of the work that has been done in order to facilitate the disbursement of the loan proceeds as the project proceeds. It’s a focus on the quantity of work as opposed to the quality of work. This video reviews inspecting and assessing work completed, and components of a construction draw.
