Additional Insureds - The Nature of the Problem

Step One – Identify the Problem

Water is coming in. What do you do? The initial response would be to get a qualified engineer on the job to review the situation. A qualified engineer should have experience with the same type of structure and have experience with similar losses. That engineer must also be ready to be part of the team to draft bid specifications; evaluate competing bidders; and provide an oversight role for the project. Watch this video for step two and three of construction planning projects.
