You will know how to determine whether your clients qualify for chronic care Medicaid, and if not, you will be able to employ strategies to assist them in obtaining Medicaid qualification. You will learn how to conduct a Fair Hearing in the event of an unsuccessful Medicaid application and how to possibly avoid a Fair Hearing altogether.
