Carol is a senior manager in the Nonprofit Services Group at Aronson LLC. She concentrates in accounting, auditing, and internal control systems for nonprofit organizations. Carol has extensive experience with and has conducted webinars on multiple topics including federal grant compliance and fraud. She is CPA licensed in Virginia and Maryland and has been working in public accounting for over 12 years with over 10 years of experience specializing in nonprofit organizations. She obtained her Certified Fraud Examiner designation in January 2012. Carol was a contributing writer and editor of The Financial Management Handbook for Associations and Nonprofits, published by ASAE. She was the editor of the Aronson Nonprofit Report blog, and she’s a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and a member of the AICPA.
