About Me

What is the focus of your practice?
The majority of my law practice is devoted to landlord/tenant litigation (i.e., evictions) and to helping individual landlords (and small corporations or LLC's) to better manage their commercial and residential rental property by providing them with affordable custom-drafted lease agreements (also referred to as rental agreements) and other related forms.
What have you written, co-written, or published within your profession?
My book, the Arizona Landlord’s Deskbook, has been in continuous publication since 1992 and the current edition (the 6th edition) is widely used by lawyers, judges, and other real estate practitioners throughout Arizona.
