C. Allan Reeve is the Co-founder of Reeve Brown Law and has more than 38 years of experience in the field of construction and surety law. He has extensive experience in drafting construction, construction management, architect and owners’ representative contracts; resolving construction, surety, lien law, trust fund, prevailing wage disputes; and all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration and litigation, and is currently the Chair of the Construction and Surety Law Division of the New York State Bar Association. He is a frequent speaker and has written numerous publications on construction and surety topics.
