Mr. Kipnis is a partner in Arnstein & Lehr’s Miami office. He focuses his litigation practice in the areas of banking, commercial, business, construction, handling complex litigation. Mr. Kipnis has over thirty-five years of experience representing financial institutions, public and non-public companies, and individuals in all aspects of commercial litigation. The primary focus of Mr. Kipnis’ practice is in representing financial institutions in all aspects of litigation and particularly in lender liability matters. Mr. Kipnis, and his bank litigation team, specialize in the defense of bank class action and high potential risk litigation throughout the United States. Mr. Kipnis is the Co-Chair of the Arnstein & Lehr Bank Group that handles all aspects of bank representation with an emphasis on advising financial institutions with regard to all aspects of bank operations.
