    As Chair of Washington DC for 50/50 Women on Boards, a non-profit devoted to advancing gender balance and diversity on corporate boards, I engage individuals and sponsors to initiate annual fundraising programs and events aimed at elevating women in the pipeline and pairing female candidates with corporate board members to facilitate their journey to a board position.
