Mr. Gentilcore is a partner with the law firm of Duane Morris LLP in Pittsburgh. He is a member of the firm's Trial Practice Group, where he focuses on the area of general and complex commercial litigation with a considerable emphasis on construction litigation, construction contracts and mechanics' lien matters. He is a member of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, where he serves on the Steering Committee for Division 10 (Environmental and Legislative), the Construction Law Committee of the ABA Section of Litigation, where he serves as the Committee Liaison with other divisions and committees of the Section of Litigation, and the Allegheny County Bar Association Construction Law Section, of which he is past-chair and vice-chair. Mr. Gentilcore has published numerous articles on construction litigation and contract matters, and he has been a presenter on a wide range of construction topics, including, more recently, Construction Litigation Jury Instructions, Green Building Contracts, Pennsylvania's newer Uniform Construction Code and Pennsylvania's much older Mechanics Lien Law of 1963. Also, Mr. Gentilcore recently had his article entitled "Renewed Report on Repose, Represent, Repast, Re-Future and Resources: A Companion to a Compendium" published in the Spring 2005 Issue of Construct!, the quarterly publication of the ABA Construction Litigation Committee, and co-authored a chapter on Insurance and Bonding which appeared in the 2006 Miller Construction Guide published by CCH. He received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Gentilcore is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and before the United States Supreme Court, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.

Kenneth R. Baker is Senior Vice President with Hill International, Inc., an ENR-Top 10 project management and construction claims consulting firm with 2100 professionals in 80 offices worldwide. Mr. Baker oversees construction claims and consulting services in southern California for Hill. He earned his undergraduate degree, a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering with honors, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and his graduate degree, a Masters of Business Administration with highest honors, from the University of Denver, Denver, Colorado. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado and a B-licensed General Contractor in California.
Mr. Baker’s clients include public agencies, private owners, sureties and insurance companies, general contractors, subcontractors, and attorneys.
