The following qualifications and requirements have been developed in order to ensure that these principles will be upheld. They were created by Lorman Education Services in conjunction with leading experts in the construction field.
Requirements
- All courses must be approved by the Advisory Board for CC credit.
- Three approved credits must be completed within a two-year period to receive your certificate.
- One approved credit must be completed every year thereafter to maintain your certificate.

Credits
Lorman offers a variety of ways to fulfill your continuing education needs. You can earn credits toward your Construction Compliance™ Certificate by attending an approved course. You must earn three credits within two years to earn your CC certificate and one credit each following year to maintain your certificate.
- Live Seminar = 1.0 credit*
- Live Audio Conference = 0.5 credit*
- OnDemand Webinar = 0.5 credit*
- CD & Manual Package = 0.5 – 1.0 credit*
* Must complete entire course to receive full credit.
Keeping Current
One credit must be taken during the next calendar year after you receive your certificate to keep it current. Once you have completed your credit, your certificate is valid through the end of the next calendar year. A minimum of one credit must be taken every year to keep your certificate current. If you do not re-certify every year, you will have to take three credits within the next two years to reactivate your certificate.
