Requirements
The following qualifications and requirements have been developed in order to ensure that these principles will be upheld. They were created by Lorman Education Services in conjunction with leading experts in the Construction field.
- All courses must be approved by the Advisory Board for CC credit.
- Three approved credits must be completed within a two-year period for certification.
- One approved credit must be completed every year thereafter to maintain certification.

Lorman offers a variety of ways to fulfill your continuing education needs. You can earn credits toward your Construction Compliance™ Certificate by attending an approved seminar or teleconference. You must earn three credits within two years to earn your CC Certificate and one credit each following year to maintain certification.
Seminar = 1 credit*
Teleconference = .5 credit*
* Must be present for entire event to receive full credit.
One credit must be taken during the next calendar year following initial certification to keep certification current. Once you have completed your re-certification, you are certified through the end of the next calendar year. A minimum of 1 credit must be taken every year to keep your certificate current. If you do not re-certify every year, you will have to take three credits within the next two years to regain certification.
